Yes, we’re real-life sisters! Four of us!
We are a family-run snoball trailer in Northwest Austin. One of our sisters worked at the neighborhood’s previous snoball trailer for 5 years until the owners decided to retire. We had been dreaming of a family operation for several years, and could not bear the thought of the snow leaving the neighborhood.
Just like that, the stars aligned.
OUR SECRET SAUCE
If you have spent any time in Texas, you know that shaved ice is a necessity in the summer (and spring and fall, if we’re honest). And in Texas any old shaved ice won’t quite cut it. This is why we have been trained by true New Orleans professionals to offer the finest shave, largest flavor variety, and fastest/friendliest service around.
